To help insure a positive experience for your customers, InComm offers consumers the industry's most convenient options for the redemption of products after the sale.
We pioneered product redemption via Interactive Voice Response systems, allowing customers to quickly and easily redeem most prepaid products. Our IVR system gives customers easy-to-follow prompts to enter the PIN and account numbers located on their card or receipt. This information is communicated to the payment database at our Data Center, which verifies the information and transmits it to the appropriate product provider for activation.
Always using technology to simplify the consumer experience, we have developed patent-pending SMS (text message) redemption technologies that make product redemption simpler than ever before. Customers purchase products at your retail location and redeem them by sending a text message from their mobile handset. By entering the PIN into the handset's text messaging area, consumers can increase the accuracy of the message, resulting in fewer redemption issues. The text message includes all the information that InComm needs to add airtime to the customer's prepaid account or redeem other services.
Rechargeable Airtime Card
Our Rechargeable Airtime Card makes redemption simple for prepaid wireless customers. Once the card is purchased, our Fastcard® Database creates an association between the card the customer's phone number and provider. So the customer keeps the card, returns to the store for a recharge. The clerk swipes the recharge card, and InComm adds the airtime to the customer's account automatically - no phone calls necessary!
