Brooks Smith, President and CEO
An early pioneer of the prepaid platform and point-of-sale activation (POSA) technology, Brooks Smith has played an instrumental role in the growth and direction of InComm since its inception. Smith is respected by industry leaders for his innovation in shaping a prepaid product distribution network that connects all of the industry's leading product providers with many of the world's largest retailers. With more than 20 years of senior management experience in sales and marketing, Smith continues to lead InComm's efforts to make buying easier for its retail and product partners and their consumers. Under Smith's guidance, InComm has established valuable relationships with retail leaders including Wal-Mart, Target, Best Buy, 7-Eleven and many more, as well as many of the nation's leading product brands including iTunes, Virgin, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile and hundreds more. Smith majored in business administration at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA.

Kenneth W. Taylor, Chief Financial Officer
Ken Taylor brings to InComm more than 22 years experience in strategic business and financial planning, management and control of high-growth private and public companies. As CFO, Taylor is responsible for all aspects of finance and accounting for InComm. Before joining InComm, Taylor held CFO and senior financial positions with TEF, Numerex Corporation, Rodenstock and Scientific Games. Taylor earned a master's degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from Georgia State University and a bachelor's degree of business administration in accounting from Illinois State University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Phil Graves, Executive Vice President
Phil Graves has helped guide the development of new business opportunities for InComm since joining the company in 1997. With a focus on customer acquisition and operational oversight, Graves plays a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with InComm's key customers and partners. His ability to identify and successfully manage next-generation programs has been instrumental in the establishment of InComm's industry-leading suite of products and services. Graves attended Florida State University where he majored in business administration and psychology.

Michael D. Gruenhut, General Counsel
Mike Gruenhut has served as InComm's General Counsel since joining the company in May of 1999. As General Counsel, he is responsible for all legal functions of InComm and its affiliates, including commercial transactions, corporate compliance, operations and regulatory, intellectual property and management of outside counsel. Before joining InComm, Gruenhut represented both publicly and privately held businesses in Atlanta with the law firm of Spix, Krupp & Reece, P.C., where his practice areas included general corporate, contract, franchise, trademark and real estate law, as well as general civil and criminal litigation. He is a graduate of the Georgia State University College of Law and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia.
