InComm acquired Canadian provider DataWave in an agreement announced in 2006 and finalized in January, 2007. The addition of DataWave solidifies InComm as the leading provider of stored-value gift and prepaid products, services and technologies in Canada as well as the United States.

DataWave is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of InComm, and the combined company is working to strengthen existing retail and product relationships as well as using InComm's technology expertise to expand the retail marketplace in Canada.
